Established in April 2001, the group consists of bikers from the Northern most parts of Alabama and Southern most parts of Tennessee.  Three local individuals, two businessmen and one military retiree started the group.  They decided to see if they could organize a charity poker run for a local family who had suffered some personal loss.  Local businesses donated door prizes and the run was a great success. S

It was decided that the community needed this type of attention and it would also give the embattled biker a good name for a change.  The unique thing about this club is that, when organized, it was decided that there would be no officers or dues of any kind.  The three founders all had been members of various motorcycle clubs in the past and experiences were both good and bad.  There would be no initiations of any kind and at the meetings there would be one speaker who would bring the group up to date on various items, entice discussion and vote on anything for the good of the group and the best for the community.

The group loves to do charity poker runs and help others who are not as fortunate.  They accept any kind of bikes and as one member stated; “if it has wheels and a motor, bring it on” Most of the members are hard working businessmen and women during the week and just as hard workers on the poker/charity runs.

The group does more than just poker runs.  During the year they give money to the needy and during the holiday season, they buy Christmas meals for the less fortunate.  Each meal feeds 6-8 people for 3-4 days. They started this in 2004 and have so far given away over 35 meals and have bought clothes for several families.

Our group patch can be seen on over 100 members and to date we have done charity runs and donated meals and money to people and organizations in excess of $50,000. The group has a wide range of member vocations--------businessmen/women, lawyers, doctors, police officers, truck drivers, construction workers and retirees.

The Child Development Center, Hannah’s House for abused women, and the Literacy organization are just a few of the organizations that have benefited from the various charity runs.
